Fresh mixed greens with, cherry tomato, cucumber, carrots, sprouts, red onion and red grapes, topped with croutons and honey soy balsamic dressing, served with a sliced, char-grilled chicken breast.
 
Blue Hole Seafood Caesar     
Grilled hearts of romain with aged parmesan cheese, croutons, honeydew melon and classic caesar dressing, served with char-grilled gulf shrimp and scallops.
 
HC Steak Salad    
Hand trimmed tenderloin tips sautéed to order with dry sherry, served over baby spinach, tomato, cucumber, red onion and Creek Road’s own chunky bleu cheese dressing.
 
Sunset Mediterranean Salad    
Fresh mixed greens with feta cheese, cherry tomato, hearts of palm, pepperoncini, green olive, red onion and hard-boiled egg served with red wine basil vinaigrette and topped with char-grilled gulf shrimp.
 
Chae’s Tataki Asian Salad   
Flash seared, rare tuna tataki served over fresh mixed greens, crisp Napa cabbage, mild red radish, carrots, cilantro, mango, red onion, sprouts and chow mein noodles with Chef Chae’s miso ponzu sesame dressing.
 
Driftwood Crab Cake Salad 
 Two pan-seared Maryland style crab cakes served with Chef Brad’s Texas tartar sauce and a salad of baby spinach, green apple, finely chopped red onion, bacon bits and dressed with our house-made apple maple bacon vinaigrette.
